Nice quality, has a sticker on the bottom but otherwise unmarked. Great shape overall, clean appearance with no chips or cracks and works fine. Solid, tight, straight. Porcelain has no chips, no cracks, no repairs. A couple of minor, small and subtle surface scratches here and there, no surface chips, no flea bites. Clean appearance and generally smooth. There are some visible crazing lines with close inspection. The finial, brass trim all looks quite nice, crisp with virtually no tarnishing or wear.
