Description: Chinese Export Hand Painted Floral Basket & Gold Coffee Can & Saucer C.1790-1810 Nice antique late 18th or early 19th century Chinese Export porcelain coffee cup or coffee can and saucer. Decorated with a hand painted cobalt and gold basket with pink rose and purple and orange flowers. Has a pink and purple poppy flower border. With gold bands above and below.Unmarked. Circa 1790 to 1810. Has a lot of wear to the gilding and the cup has a tight crack extending off the edge. Otherwise good condition. The cup measures approximately 3 5/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 3/4 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 5 1/2 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece. BW
