It was made in China and is hand-painted. I do not know the age of this but I believe it is a vintage reproduction of an antique temple jar. It is blue and white porcelain with a foliate motif. It is lidded. It has the double happiness symbol on the four sides of this large jar. It measures 21" tall with the lid x 10" wide at the bulge x 9" wide at the base x 6" wide at the rim.
