Description: In very good clean condition no deep stains , no fading and image is still very clear and bold Image is of the estate in black and white print There is metallic gold around the border , 1972-1992 anniversary and The Montelena Estate is also gold See pics 9,10 and 11 a few creases just on the bottom outside of the image and border and someone has written 22x28 on the back side of this print I removed it from the frame that it was in . It is card stock and since it has not been rolled I can ship it flat or carefully rolled , that would be your choice Please ask any questions that you can think of before purchasing.
