Description: Charlie Chaplin Award Statue. Back in 1992 Live Entertainment that helped distribute the video release of the movie Chaplin with Robert Downey Jr. held a national contest for any video store. The contest consisted of the stores to make a 5 minute or less video of an original Chaplin short idea. The videos would be judged by Live Entertainment and 7 category winners would be picked from the top prize being Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Editing, etc. This statue was the second top prize of Best Actor. Only 1 statue was made per the 7 categories. The existence of the other 6 is unknown to me. But, this one does as I was the winner of it. It has been locked in a cabinet since I won it in 1992. This is the Holy Grail of Charlie Chaplin collectibles since only as stated 7 were made. Which makes this even more of a collectible is the fact that the Live Entertainment Company no longer exists.
