Van Gogh is recorded as being an admirer of his work. Green exhibited at the Royal Academy, the Royal Institution, the New Watercolour Society, and the Fine Art Society. The sale of his studio was held at Christie's. His works can be seen in the V & A Museum and the Leicester Museum. Other Irish interior scenes by the Artist are recorded. Charles Green passed away in 1898.Charles Roberts was a wood-engraver, who worked for the 'Illustrated London News' (1870), 'The Graphic' (1873-1898), and the 'Magazine of Art' (1878-81). Roberts often signs work 'C R' or 'C Roberts'.
