The cover is stained and faded and the top and bottom of the spine is a little worn along with the corners of the book as seen in the pictures above. The front and back inside of the cover and connecting page is a little faded seems due to age of the book and is seen in the last three pictures. Pages 138-139 top right corner of the book has a line where the pages were bent over a little at the tip in the top right corner. Page 139-141 top tip of the right corner shows a slight faded area. One of the above pictures show a slight gap at the bonding of the spine between the book pages and spine. At the bottom center of page 57 (shown in pictures above), the binding has separated a little but still in tack. All pages are in tack and are in very good condition. There are no markings, tears or highlighting marks on any of the pages. Please look at all photos as they are a part of the description. Thanks.
