In very good, lightly used condition. Cover has some wear, mainly along the spine and edges, and a couple very light stains on the edges and back cover. Pages themselves are in good condition, no writing, no tears, no folds, no missing pages that we found. There is what looks like light water or moisture exposure, causing edges of a few pages to have light stains and bottom of some pages to have wrinkles or appear wavy; does not affect readability.
