No chips, but it does have what appears to be a tiny flea bite or indention on outer rim in blue outline of design - not easily noticeable- see photo. Blue outline doesn’t perfectly line up on this spot. It does not look like chip, but rather a manufacturing defect. Does not tale from the beauty of the piece. Piece has no utensil scratches and no cracks nor crazing. We respectfully request that buyers submit full payment within 24 hours of list ending/offer acceptance.
