Description: This is an antique tool that appears to have been for counting loops in coil making. Everything works, but the motor smells. Probable the first time it's been turned on in many years. This was used as a prop at the St. Louis Repertory Theatre. Made by CENCO (Central Scientific Co, Chicago). Looks great on display
