Description: For auction is a vintage original OEM CASE XX 523-3 1/4 SSP “Small Game Knife” fixed blade stag grip knife factory cardboard BOX ONLY. The knife that originally came in this box IS NOT INCLUDED! The only items included in this auction are what’s pictured which is the box itself and black insert. Measurements are pictured. The box is still sturdy and pretty strong. I don’t really see any major weak places. The corners are still intact and pretty crisp. This scarce box has been in storage for some 40 years and therefore has some discoloration and or age spots. The interior foam insert in the bottom that can’t be seen has deterioration from age. The last few photos provide reasonable up close examples. It still has good color and is very attractive. Overall very good old used box, especially for its age!
