This is not a reproduced copy but and original. Apparently they failed to include page 5 and 6 when they were printed and added it as a supplement as can be seen in one of the photos. I have several original copies and they all have page 5 & 6 as a separate page that has been added. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions. These will be mailed in a flat photo mailer so they will not be wrinkled or bent. A great addition to any Case Knife Collection.
