Très chic, and often admired Cartier France Pendulette Colisée quartz alarm desk, table, self, side table, nightstand, and travel clock, circa 1994, in retro 1920's Art Deco style with 24K gold over brass, 3" (78.5 mm) round diameter in exceptionally well cared for original owner condition. Now out of production, this elegant timepiece features classic Cartier "C" logo folding sturdy bridge stand, signed clean white dial, black hands and Roman numerals, white alarm hand, two setting knobs with signature Cartier design genuine blue sapphire gemstones, and alarm switch with sadly is not working or even missing on other clocks for sale, but this one is fully intact and functional. Also includes original red leatherette with gold trim Cartier presentation box, booklet folder, guarantee, and instruction booklet. Clock overall dimensions (approximately): height 3.25" (8.89 cm), width 3.125" (7.94 cm), and depth 2.5" (6.35 cm), with weight of 441.7 g. (approx 1 Lb.). Unlike too many other Colisée table alarm clocks for sale these days that now have broken or missing alarm switches on back, this one is fully functional and complete, having been carefully cared for. The battery compartment cover is undamaged as shown, and more importantly, also not missing as it too frequently seems to be the case with others for sale. The compartment itself is clean and free of any corrosion (see photo) that has sadly damaged so many other used clocks that were not properly cared for. I purchased this clock for my own use, had it on a side table in our den for many years, where it received many compliments. We were seriously considering possible relocation a while back, and along with some other posssesions, it was carefully stored in sealed container without battery over 10 years ago to protect it. It has remained that way until I found it in December 2023, and decided to simply go ahead and sell it. So it has sat quietly unused, which has also preserved its condition well above average, but again looking at relocation and downsizing.
