Simply replace the parts inside the block. To replace, open the cover at the bottom of the block. Note the position of each item as you take them out or take a picture to help you remember. Clean and rinse inside the block and then gently replace the O-ring, ball, gasket, and spring. Apply slight force on the horizontal needle gasket to get it off. Replace all the parts accordingly. Open an check inside the filter housing near the plug QD to make sure the filter is clean. You may also want to check the condition of the nozzle at the end of your lance assembly.
