A PID controllercontrols chamber temperature and humidity (optional).On/off outputs are used to drive duct heaters and cooling solenoids. The refrigerationsystem uses a single compressor allowing independent cooling and dehumidification.This prevents the compressor from rapid cycling “on” and “off” which shortenscompressor life. A high limit thermal snap disk and thermal fuse prevent a heating runaway.
