She particularly enjoys working with porcelain clay for its capacity for detail and coloring. Pieces are sprayed and textures formed and after careful drying are again bisque fired. Additional glazing and firings continue until forms are to her desired completion. Frequent use of gold leaf or 22K gold accents help to obtain desired visual richness. Most pieces she enhances with shapes from nature, images of her travels, and inner visions. She lives and works in Aurora, Missouri USA
