Poke it through the elongated hole nearest the center and look for the end of it at the other hole. Grab it with needle nose pliers and pull it through. Then thread the cable through and slide off the nylon tubing. 2. Slide the brake outer sleeve on, again from the center hole. Pull the cable tight so the end of the sleeve was up against the inside of the hole and with a small screwdriver under the cable, levered it up then pulled it through.
