Description: This is a pair of Canon SV-15 speakers, from Canon's short-lived foray into sound at the end of the last century. They look really nice on a desk, although I imagine the shape could be an acquired taste for some. They could also work well as rears in a surround setup. Sound is good, very musical compared to the more theatrical sound you get with some modern options. Tough to find in the US. They're an early example of 'wide dispersion' speakers, sort of a similar concept to the waveguide on JBL's monitors these days, it just means they're engineered to have an especially large sweet spot. Not totally sure on the exact wattage, I think it's 50w/channel. I used them with a 40w amp with no trouble at all. I'll also throw in the foam isolation pads I used them with if I can find them.
