It is a lens reversal tool that allows you to keep the functionality of your modern lens. You reverse your lens on the camera and then place an adapter on the rear of the lens to get a macro lens. This allows the camera to talk to the lens. The cord is a little short for long zoom lens. Adapter rings included are: 77mm, 58mm, 72mm, 67mm. Other filter sizes can work with adapters. These are sold on Amazon.- Macro extension tubes 21mm and 31mm These are fully automatic which means you don't lose lens functionality.- Minolta mount 35-70 3.5 lens- Pentax 50mm 1.4 lens- Focusing rail - allows you to fine tune camera position. - Minolta 58mm 1.4 lens The only thing you would need are lens reversal rings for your camera. I would consider selling the lens separately.
