Description: Introducing the beautiful Cabbage Patch Kid (CPK) PREEMIE, Coletta Sari 1985, one of early Preemie dolls manufactured during the 1980s Cabbage Patch Craze and a March of Dimes special addition doll. Ms. Coletta is a 1985 Coleco Preemie with one tuft of yellow yarn hair, and beautiful brown eyes. She has two matching dimples on her cheeks and a yellow plastic pacifier in her mouth. The head mold #4 and Coleco copyright notice Original Appalachian Art Works Inc., Manufactured by Coleco Ind. Inc., are stamped on her neck and the authenticating Xavier (blue) birthmark with 85 signature on her left buttock. She is in near mint condition and has been removed from her box to take photographs only. Ms. Colettas body tag shows she was manufactured in the (OK) factory. Her original wrist tag is included as originally attached and is in excellent condition. Coletta Leah comes dressed in her original CPK outfit, a solid yellow night gown with white trim and a matching bonnet. She also wears a nightgown jacket that has a pattern of yellow flowers on a tiny green stem, trimmed in matching lace. She has white knit booties on her feet and is wearing her original diaper. Her clothes show no sign of wear and are in beautiful condition because she has not been handled through the years. She comes in the original CPK box which is in excellent condition especially for the vintage of this doll. The box has the Coleco proof of purchase number 3870 stamped on the box and includes the original ToysRus orange sales tag. Coletta Saris original Birth Certificate and Adoption Papers are included inside the box and have never been opened! The envelope (still attached to the box insert) has a slight patina which you would expect due to the vintage of this doll. She comes from smoke free home and has been well cared for but her owner is of advanced age and its time to let Coletta Sari find a new loving home.
