Description: This Electroglas Gold Wafer Vacuum Chuck for 2-8" Wafers (285120-001) looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. It does have some minor scratches on the surface, but nothing that prevents a wafer from suctioning to it. I hooked a small vacuum pump up to each of the vacuum hose connectors (2, 5, 6 and 8), and placed a wafer on the stage, and each ring held the wafer firm. However, this is the extent of my testing of this chuck, and it is being sold as-is. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 10"L x 10"W x 3"H.
