At the top and bottom are triple applied bands with a detailed etched garland under each. The body of the napkin ring is hand hammered except for the cartouche. The weight is 61.5 grams or 2.17 ounces, more than twice the average coin silver or sterling napkin ring. The diameter is 1 7/8 "; the height is 2", so this is a tall napkin ring-adding to the handsome appearance.
