Description: Very pleased to offer this C. 1880 glazed and footed red ware apple butter crock more than likely of Southern Pennsylvania origin with nicely formed lip. It has lots of dark manganeze speckling throughout and is glazed both on the interior and exterior. It remains in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, flakes, breaks or hairlines with very minor glazing losses. It measures 6" H X 3 1/2" W at the bottom and 4 1/2" W at the opening and will be packed very carefully. No reserve.
