Description: I have looked and cannot locate information about the artist PEROSTE. This piece was framed likely in the 1970s and could use a refresh desperately. The frame is not in horrible condition. There is a mark or two . Definitely should be reframed with new matting as it is likely not acid free. I do not have a certificate of authenticity as this was purchased from an estate so none was provided. If you know anything about the artist, please let me know so I can update the listing. The frame measures 20 1/2 inches wide by 18 inches tall, the opening of the print measures 13 1/2 x 10.
