Description: We are selling a box of 6 Foster children Designer DOLL HEADS designed by Esther Lee Foster and manufactured in 1985 by Elf Designs, Inc and distributed by Darice, Inc of Strongsville, Ohio. Made in Hong Kong in excellent condition. Each of the Doll Heads includes a CERTIFICATE OF FOSTER PARENTHOOD dated 1985. This product was made before UPC codes were used. This doll head has black hair that is Curly or Pigtailed with a colorful ribbon. Model 412 or 411. The last picture show where the boxes are being stored.Ebay emailed me (1-6-2020) that FedEx has just lowered their shipping rate so that's how I'll ship it. We understand the single unopened boxed doll head is not in very good shape, but the unopened boxes contain 4 six packs of dolls that are in excellent shape. These heads are a box within a box within a box. (3 boxes to open to get at the head.)
