This listing is for a vintage Buffet Crampon mouthpiece for Bb soprano clarinet. This is an example of one of the earliest hard rubber Buffet mouthpieces. It has one ring up, and three down, with the Buffet logo below the three. It also has "Evettine" stamped below the upper ring, but it is very difficult to see. This version is referred to as a 'bottom logo', and it is quite sought after due to the quality of its hard rubber compound. This mouthpiece is in very good condition. The tip, table, and rails are perfectly smooth, and original. There is some mild scratching on the interior. There is just a hint of tooth wear on the beak. It has minimal scratching on the exterior. The cork is in very good condition. The rubber shows mild discoloration, and the logos are faint, so the exterior might have been buffed at some point. It has been cleaned/sanitized.
