Colored enamel highlights, but red has started to chip along the bottom and right edge of the flag. There is also rust on the back side where the bar enters the two eagle heads and also on the prong. Buckle is approximately 3-1/4" by 2-1/4" and fits a belt up to 1-3/4". Please see our photos. Photos are of actual items in our possession.
