The BSA axles are highly polished and waxed and are race ready . This set of wheels are mold matched from what are considered premium Wheel numbers. The bore is highly polished and waxed all contact areas are graphite coated . These are the same wheels and axles that we run on our Elite Super fast Pinewood Derby Cars that we sell on eBay. Special Note: These Wheels are Lightly lathed turn The outside diameter is Lathed and will pass very strict BSA Rules. Some packs have a rule, the outside diameter must be 1.180, these wheels will pass that rule . There is no weight reduction ,only the flat part of the wheel was Lightly lathed to take care of the wheel runout.. BSA Axles are race ready Very FAST wheel and axle combination. . My Nephew went to The World Cup Pinewood Derby Race New York City Time Square 6/29/19 for the 3rd year and Won First place in the Pro-Stock Division ( Bear) . Three Years 2017 First Place Tiger ,2018 First place Wolf and won the World Cup also that Year and set the track record with a 2.9444 and still holds that record after the 2019 race that he also won First Place in the Bears . All 3 years he raced in the Pro-Stock Class. My Nephew won First place at one of most competitive pinewood derby races in the United states (New York City Time square World Cup 2018 ) Total of 350 cars and we won all 11 races on a 42' track in the Pro-Stock Class .
