Description: Boy Scouts of America (BSA) Golden Anniversary (50th Anniversary) Annual Meeting Ashtray/Dish. The host for this meeting was the National Capital Area Council (NCAC), as it was held in Washington DC. Note that there is a small chip on the back upper corner of the tray. You can see it in one of the photos. Also note that I gave it a rinse with water, no soap, to get some of the dirt off it. So, there are some water streaks on the dish when it was photographed.
