Description: Description Bruno Walter Wiener Philharmoniker 1948-1956 MOzart Mahler 3 SACD Hybrid JAPAN Product introduction Bruno Walter (1876-1961) conducted the Vienna Philharmonic on January 21, 1907, at a concert to commemorate Otto Nicolai, and then May 29, 1960, to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Marler's birth. He has conducted 189 concerts until the opening concert of the Vienna Philharmonic. Walter, who visited Vienna at a young age and was fascinated by the unusual sound of the Vienna Philharmonic, praises the sound that has remained unchanged for more than half a century as a gift of the Philharmonic's tradition. In 1975, Japan's CBS Sony (then) performed various performances with Walter and the Vienna Philharmonic in Vienna and Salzburg after World War II after five years of negotiations with the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF) and Decca. We released the sound source for 4 LPs from the live recording of the meeting, and caused a sensation because of the fulfillment of the performance content. This 3-disc set is DSD mastering for the first time in 18 years from the 38 cm monaural analog master provided by ORF. Renew the brilliance of documents with historical value.
