This vintage British Airways tableware pattern was designed by Malcolm Keen for Royal Doulton for use on the Concorde (until 1983). These excellent condition dishes / bowls are white bone china. The pattern features repeating stylized droop-nose Concordes in gold / mustard yellow within a royal blue band. Each is marked on underside: Made in England Royal Doulton England English Fine Bone China British Airways One is marked EC 1022, the other UCCH 8000. These are the versatile dish size used as a fruit or soup bowl. Each measures 10.5 cm diameter by 4.5 cm high (~ 4 1/8” diameter by 1 3/4” high). Rare, very collectible pieces in excellent condition! Free of chips, cracks or stains!
