Description: Up for your consideration is the original release on Breyer's vintage Morgan mold, which was sculpted by Chris Hess and introduced way back in 1963! It depicts a Morgan stallion posed in a stretched show stance. The example in this listing has only the round "Breyer Molding Co." mold stamp, without the U.S.A stamp (which was added to the mold no later than 1971), so he is an oldie! He is black with four socks and speckley highlights/shading, and features the uncommon "bald face" white marking variation! Sadly, this guy has a particularly rough amount of shiny marks all over his body, and his plastic is mildly to moderately yellowed, so his "white" markings appear more of a cream color. The shiny marks on his coat are large and many—at first glance, they aren't super noticeable, but up-close, he appears very flawed. Please view the provided photos to determine if this condition is acceptable to you. He also has small white marks/paint rubs here and there, and has the common hoof, nose, and ear rubs of vintage Breyer models. I wouldn't qualify this piece to be in "good" condition, as he does have many flaws, but I think he will still make a nice collectible addition to a Breyer collection if you aren't super picky. Please note that there may be other flaws I did not notice/forgot to mention. Many thanks for looking, and if you're considering purchasing this guy, feel free to send an offer! - Models will only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. - Colors in photos may differ from colors in reality.
