Not only was Mrs. CLARICE WILLIAMSON a V.I.P. 35-year Disney Employee- she was also granted special Perks from Disney after her retirement. She travelled from her home in Michigan to Disney World, FLA more than a dozen times a year- often as V.I.P. Members/Guests of Disney. This Disney Copyrighted Stamped & Model Sheet Autographed/Inscribed from 1938’s Disney short film: “Brave Little Tailor” was won by her at a Disney Special Recognition Convention Raffle: Then inscribed on the spot by one of the Animators, “To Clarice & Joe”- sometime in the very late 1980’s through the early 2000’s when many of the original 1930’s animators and cartoonists were still alive. The Brave Little Tailor Mickey Mouse Model Sheet (Walt Disney, 1938). Arguably one of Mickey's greatest short films, The Brave Little Tailor was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film at the 11th Academy Awards in 1939, but lost to another Disney film, Ferdinand the Bull. This printed model sheet features an image of Mickey in medieval costume and shows sign-offs by the director, story supervisor, and lead animator. Model sheets are considered official Disney documents that were never meant to leave the studio and as a result are highly sought after by collectors. It measures approximately 11" x 16" on photographic paper and is matted and framed with glass, in a 21" x 16" X .75’ INCH frame. Condition is Fine. Frame is sold as-is. Here you have a Rare Large Size MODEL SHEET IN indigo blue pencil drawing from a pre-animation story board. Blue pencils were used by people in the design industry as well as the animation industry because it was a tone that was visible to their eyes on roughs.
