None of the parts are loose. This is a STATEMENT BRACELET ! ONE of a KIND. Regarding size all measurements are approximate. The outside is 7 inches. The inside is 6.5 inches. The bracelet is 2 inches wide at the widest, and 1 inch wide at the narrowest point. Remember you can adjust it to make it wider or narrower to fit your wrist. I ship USPS Ground Advantage including tracking number and insurance. I will pack this in a box to ship with bubble wrap.
