Mark first registered in 1896.Reynold's Angels is the name given to a painting by Sir Joshua Reynolds first exhibited in 1787. It shows five different angles of the head of five year old Lady Frances Gordon. It captured the imagination of silversmiths around the turn of the 20th century who used it to decorate their silverware.Approx dimensions: 78mm tall, diameter 62mm, width with handle 90mm, weight 67.1 g, boxed weight 260.4 grams.Cartouche has an engraving dated 1915, please see photo.
