Description: This is a 1999-00 Topps O Pee Chee Chrome Refractor parallel. It isn't the regular Topps Chrome version, though, but the much more rare O Pee Chee Chrome version. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe they were only released in Canada? A very small fraction of the regular print run. I've got other refractors from this set available as well.
