Author Forrest Crissey. Published by the Library of Institutional Biography. Designed and supervised by Duncan Hines, Chicago. Hard cover, illustrated. Gold gilt image on cover 107 pages Measures approximately 6 1/2” x 8 7/8” Condition –Good condition. There is a 3” scratch on the cover – see pic. Top and bottom of spine lightly bumped with the very edge of the top of the spine missing-very minor. Spine cover also has some tears that appear to have been reglued. Four corners each have a small amount of cardboard showing through. The binding is solid. Top edge of pages are gold gilted. Deckled page edges –side & bottom- are lightly tanned from age. The pages are tanned opposite the illustrations. Pages are clean throughout – no writing at all. Beautiful gold gilt on cover and very pretty endpapers.
