Description: Beautiful cards from a set named "Album Olimpico", printed and issued in Mexico back in 1968 right after the Olympic Games. These thin paper cards are 2.25x2.75" each and feature beautiful color illustration of the athlete, card name and number on the front. Blank on the back. Included are: Bob Beamon, Madline Manning, Lee Evans, Tommie Smith, Willie Davenport, Womia Tyus and the Athletics event logo. Good condition overall w/ some margin wear and creases. Cards were never glued to an album or any other surface, so there are no paper or glue remnants on the back. Our last picture is from the album where the card belongs, it was included only as a reference, the album is not included in this auction.
