INTERNATIONAL FEES International shipping includes VAT (value added tax). eBay is obligated to collect VAT on the full value of the transaction including shipping costs. Selling goods in any EU country or in the UK, I need to collect VAT on my sales. VAT is 20% of the overall of the overall price including shipping costs.
