Description: Beautiful Blue and White 8 sided plate. Measures 5" across No chips or cracks found at the time of listing. I was told that this was a Chinese export piece possibly Kangxi or Guangxu. The back is marked with a double circle, with 1 in the center. There is also an impressed AP mark and what looks to be an anchor. Any questions just ask!
