Description: Blue Angel has large, heart-shaped leaves with heavy substance and good slug resistance. The growth habit is upright, but the leaves cascade down to create a beautiful effect. Stalks of lavender flowers appear in mid Summer. It gets to be 36" tall and 48" across. Like all Hostas, they prefer shade, especially in Zones 7 and 8. Farther north it can handle some sun. Hardy in Zones 3b-9a. These plants are in one gallon pots (see last photo). They ship extremely well at this size. They will be shipped out of the pot with the roots wrapped and protected. We may cut back some leaves. It is recommended that you pot these up for a month or two before putting them out in the ground. If you order multiple items you may be overcharged for shipping.
