Description: You are purchasing: BlackMagic Design Atem 4 M/E Broadcast Studio 4K 12G SDI This 12G 4 M/E Studio Broadcast is essentially the 4 M/E Constellation with less I/O's. We needed the ridiculous 40 ins and 24 outs of the Constellation but the 24 ins and 10 outs are enough to run most broadcasts and studio shows. This unit was rack mounted and only pulled out when we we're reconfiguring our flypacks around it. It was the central point to our BlackMagic ecosystem and was well maintained. The biggest bonus to this system over the constellation is the fact that this has XLR input and outputs which the other model does not have. You have full control over your 2 XLR in and 4 XLR outs on top of a in and out for talkback and timecode. This unit has the standard 24 12G SDI inputs and the 10 SDI outputs are 6 Aux outputs with 4 Program outputs in HD and 12G. There are also two SDI multiview outputs.
