Description: What you see is exactly what you get! We do not alter or photoshop our photos or videos. We import our bettas from the best breeders in Thailand and pride ourselves in having gorgeous, heathy bettas. Once we receive them, we give them around the clock care and make sure that they are preventatively dewormed, medicated, and quarantined before shipping to you. We are not a store. Our fish are cared for in our home and taken care of by my husband and I. We pack them to the highest standards and ship USPS priority mail (1-3 days) or USPS priority express (1 day) based on your preference. Each betta will come with an almond leaf and care sheet. In the event your weather is cold, we will provide a heat pack free of charge. Please make sure your weather is not below 32 degrees or above 95 degrees when ordering as we can not accommodate certain temperatures. In the rare event your betta arrives deceased, please contact us within 3 hours of delivery and provide a video of your dead betta so we can make it right.
