Does not affect the workings of this camera (see pic). Battery compartment is very clean. Light seals are new. Meter works. Shutter fires at all settings and sound right. Full working condition with all settings, self-timer works. Camera has been tested and works as designed. Works on one (1) Weincell MRB625 1.35v battery (not included). Camera was made in Japan.
