Description: Black Gate Capacitors NOS VK 22uF 350V This listing is for 2 (1 pair) Black Gate VK 22uF/350V capacitor. I design and make all kinds of Audio, Pro Audio and Guitar & Bass amplifiers. At one time I had 33K Black Gate capacitors. I have just under 10K left and I really don't make as much as I use to. These are NOS caps from my collection, I have probably 300 more of these left, but don't really make much anymore because my transformer maker is retired. I used these in my award winning Cardinal 300B Amplifier, Stereophile Class A rating. I would use 1 each these of these for the driver tube (417A) in each Cardinal 300B Amplifier. I also used two in a voltage doubler for a guitar amp I use to make. Ishi the designer of all the Black Gate capacitors, held a patent on these and over 80 patents in total when Black Gate stopped producing these. Even Rubycon will not make these anymore as they say the process is too involved to make any money. I have other Black Gates including BG-N, BG-NX HiQ, standard and others so check my other listings.
