This is Limited Edition Buckle #0944 of 3500, a heavier, solid bronze buckle, made by High Mesa Buckles, of Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is in used condition, as shown in the photos it does have tarnish / patina, and wear and tear from age and use. It looks like someone repaired the loop with some type of epoxy resin, the loop does move, and it does feel securely attached. It measures approximately 3-3/4" x 3", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 5.4 oz.
