Marked MADE IN ITALY on bottom. Hand painted with a Tuscan pattern of grapes, vines and 3-D majolica leaves. The word ‘Biscotti’ is hand painted on one side. Measures 9.5” high. 11.5” wide across top, handle to handle. 6.5” across top, front to back. Holds appx 90 fluid ounces. Heavy, weighs a little over 6 lbs. Biscotti jars such as this one typically sell for $150-200 USD. In fact this was originally purchased (with lid) for $225 USD from a high end gift shop, Peppercorn, in Boulder, Colorado (original price sticker on bottom). But because its original lid is missing and there are two small chips on one side of top edge (last 3 photos), it’s priced accordingly. Even without the lid, this piece has many uses as a vase, utensil holder or packaged cookies or spaghetti. Will be packaged carefully and shipped quickly from a pet and smoke-free environment.
