Description: - Oval bowl with gilded text "Happy Birthday". A nice birthday gift for a rose lover. Since the text is on the bottom of the bowl, you don't see it when it is filled, and the bowl can be used year round.- The white ceramic bowl features roses in shades of pink and green leaves. The rim has gold trim. The text in the center may appear dark on the pictures but is gold. - The bowl is 9 inches long and 5 inches wide.- It is in very good condition; no chips, cracks, crazing or fading. There are a couple of tiny, faint spots on the bottom of the bowl which are most likely original imperfections (see picture). - Made in Japan, sold by Norcrest, style B-524. - Vintage, most likely from the 1970s. - The decoration used in some of the pictures is not included.
