The cardstock has been folded in half and has a photo of the completed design glued to the front. The pattern is printed on one page of white paper with black ink. The page has been folded in half to fit inside the folded cardstock. The section of the pattern in the fold has not worn away from use - the pattern in the fold is clear and easy to read. This pattern is out of print and difficult to find. Pattern is used. The pattern has no marks, tears, or creases. The cover page has a small "divot" that is visible if you angle the page in the light or if you run your finger over the page - the "divot" is approx 1" long. It is not very visible if you look at it straight on. The pattern has normal shelf wear as would be expected on an item of its age. Has been stored in the home of a non-smoker.
