Description: This is a 1955 TOPPS #19 BILLY HERMAN BASEBALL CARD signed by Baseball Hall of Famer, 10x All Star, former Cubs, Dodgers, Braves and Pirates 2nd baseman and former Pirates and Red Sox manager BILLY HERMAN in black pen.
